Poker Pro Magazine Will Release its New Regional Version

Poker Pro Magazine has been circulating in the United States and Canada for the past five years with more than 150,000 copies per month. It was already announced that the company will offer a special issue for their Canadian readers.

John “JohnnyQuads” Wenzel, Canadian Poker Pro executive editor of the magazine made an elaboration behind their launching of a regional version of the popular magazine entitled Poker Pro Canada. As the games in Canada are exploding, they want to provide all the updates, in-depth profiles of Canadian players, news, scenes, strategy and even tips from the pros.

Wenzel believes that Canada has a bright future in the poker scene. There are numerous events in Canada in the past few months that give them a lot of publicity. These events would include the British Columbia Poker Championship (BCPC) and the Fallsview Poker Classic recently in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada.

Canada has a long list of top players that includes the Team PokerStars Daniel Negreanu, Full Tilt’s Greg “FBT” Mueller, former European Poker Tour (EPT) Monte Carlo, Evelyn Ng, Shawn Buchanan and a lot more.

This is not the first time that this publication has released a new version for they already launched the Poker Pro Europe and Online Poker Pro. Canadian Poker Pro magazine will be released on March 2010 and will have an accompanying website to support its promotion.
