HR 2267 is the bill for online poker legislation still remains on a rocking chair if it will be passed or not. People has been talking on Capitol Hill in the year 2010 is more about regulation and not prohibition. This news is good news to all poker players in the world.

Doubt still remains if this legislation can pursue or not due to political progress. As a rule, once the bill passed the Financial Services Committee, it will be pushed through passing the Judiciary and energy and commerce and will be conducting their own hearing in regards to the legislation of this bill.

Poker Players Alliance believes expects that they will be having a hard time to pass the bill this year for members of the congress will be busy entertaining their campaign strategy and planning their next candidacy for 2010 happens to be the election year again.

As of the moment, they vision the bill to get through on the last quarter if it will pass the House before the election campaign starts. But still members of the Poker Players Association seems to understand that poker legislation will not be pouched through this year for it start again its process in the House if it does not reach the Senate now. When election is over, new representatives comes in and that would mean a new convincing strategy is needed.
