Around 4 years, the World Poker Tour (WPT) made a victorious comeback to the Aviation Club de France this month together with poker pro Theo Jorgensen and Freddy Deeb embracing a win from the €20,000 buy-in high-roller event.

Just before the event closes, there’s something to remember:

The first one is the Aviation Club de France, it’s been a part of the annual poker circuit. Located in the heart of Paris, Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Serves as the historical place for big events.

Second is the WPT must be pleased With the Field size, there’s so many thing that was admitted to WPT events, however WPT Paris gathered 247 players for the €10,000 buy-in event.

Third was the Nationally Regulated Poker, although far from the usual, it was fantastically best compared with no regulation. There are players that were surprised with the entrants of the main event, even so, the names of the professionals arises and this includes Arnaud Mattern, Per Linde, Antonie Amourette and Theo Jorgensen who happen to be the winner.

The fourth one is the MatchRoom Sports and the WPT was perfect combination, the WPT has made the right choice by hiring MatchRoom sports as their producer to the European World Poker Tour events. One of the winning glories of MatchRoom was the Party Poker Premier League.

The last but not the least was Sorel Mizzi, who continues to prove himself as he goes on with his improvements, even though he unfortunately missed the High Roller event. Mizzi will also participate in WSOP this summer.
